Shipping Policy

JenStone Arts offers shipping to all 50 states of United States. The customer is responsible for the shipping fees. Orders of $200 or more will include free shipping.

We use USPS Ground Advantage or Priority. For more expedited service please email us jenstonearts.ca@gmail.com

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Custom orders can take 3-7 days to process before being shipped.

SHIPPING TIMES

Orders are typically delivered between 3-7 business days, when shipping to the 48 contiguous states. It can take longer if outside the 48 contiguous states.  We ship from Southern California.

SHIPPING UPGRADES

If you would like to upgrade to a more expedited shipping, please reach out via email (jenstonearts.ca@gmail.com) we will be happy to work with you.

INSURANCE AND TRACKING

All shipments include a tracking number.  USPS Ground Advantage includes insurance up to $100 and USPS Priority includes insurance up to $50

LOCAL PICKUP

If you are local or will be at one of our live vendor shows you are welcome to pick up your item there. Follow us (@jenstonearts) on Instagram and Facebook to see upcoming events. If you will be opting for local pickup, please make arrangements with us via email (jenstonearts.ca@gmail.com) or social media. After the item is picked up, we will refund the shipping costs in full.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

HOW TO CHECK THE STATUS OF YOUR ORDER

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 or more days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at jenstonearts.ca@gmail.com with your name and order information and we will look into it for you.

SHIPPING TO P.O. Boxes

Because we are solely using USPS at this time, we can ship to PO Boxes.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Our Return policy is 30-days from purchase. We will send a return label and once received we will refund your money. If you are doing an exchange then you will be responsible for the shipping cost to you. If 31 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Customized items are not eligible for refund or exchange.

To complete your return, please provide the order number and name on the order

Please do not send your purchase back without contacting JenStone Arts first.
