Returns & Refund Policy
We do accept returns and/or exchanges. If you are unhappy with your item, you have 30 days to contact us so that we can work with you to make it right. If an item comes damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can get you a new one as soon as possible. We want our customers to be happy so we will always (within reason) try to work with you.
For returning items we will email a return label. Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund.
For exchanges, we will email a return label, but the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost of the new item. The new item will not be shipped until the original item is received and inspected.
Customized items are not returnable and will not be exchanged or refunded.
